I’m an endurance athlete, marathoner, and ultra runner.
Beyond running, I’m the Founder of Mission Healthy with Mihika, an online strength-training platform designed for people who are constantly short on time—juggling work, family, parenting, travel, and life. I’m also a running coach, a self-acclaimed dietician, and a corporate wellness speaker. Additionally, I’m an ASICS athlete, actively involved in the ASICS running community, supporting both beginner and experienced runners.
