What is a Fitness Race?
A hybrid challenge that combines running with functional workouts like lunges, pulls, pushes, and carries. It tests strength, agility, endurance, and mental grit.
Designed for athletes of all levels desiring to push limits.
How long is the CircuitX Fitness Race?
The CircuitX race features 6 km of running + 6 functional workouts, completed as a continuous timed circuit.
Athletes must finish within 90 minutes from their official start time.
What should I wear and bring on race day?
Wear running shoes with good grips and quick-dry performance apparel (including your event T-shirt). Carry your Race BIB, valid ID, hydration, and sun protection for morning races. Avoid jewellery for safety.
Is parking and baggage storage available at the venue?
Paid parking is available, subject to capacity.
Baggage has to be self stored.
Please follow venue signage and plan accordingly.
Can spectators attend the race?
Yes. Spectators are welcome in designated viewing zones for a nominal entry fee of ₹100. For safety, only registered athletes and officials are allowed inside the race arena.
Spectator zones offer clear views to cheer athletes.
How is timing managed and when are results announced?
All competitive waves use chip timing.
Provisional results go live on race day, with verified results published within 48 hours.
How do I register for a CircuitX race?
Select your city, choose a coach (optional), pick your category, and complete payment on the Race Information page.
You’ll receive instant confirmation via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
If a payment fails, you can retry securely from your dashboard.
Can I edit my details or wave time after registering?
You can write to us with your request.
While changes are subject to availability, your POC Coach can also assist in coordinating adjustments.
Can I transfer my race ticket to someone else?
No. Ticket transfers are not allowed.
Any discrepancies may lead to result cancellation.
For exceptional cases, reach out to your POC Coach for possible assistance.
Do I need a medical certificate or waiver?
A mandatory waiver must be completed during registration.
A medical certificate isn’t required, but athletes should participate only if medically fit.
Do you offer team or group registrations?
Yes. Teams can register together and start in the same wave when capacity permits.
One team member must be designated as the POC Coach to ensure smooth coordination.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Why should I register with a Coach?
Registering with an affiliated coach saves you ₹500 on race fees. Coaches also act as your event point of contact, helping with queries and race-day coordination at no extra cost. Professional training is optional.
How do I choose the right Coach?
Visit the Coach Directory, filter by city and area, and review coach profiles.
We recommend choosing a coach close to your location or training facility.
Post-event coach ratings will help guide future selections.
Are there fixed coaching fees?
There’s no fixed fee structure.
Training arrangements and pricing are decided directly between you and your chosen coach.
Can I change my coach after registering?
Yes, you can update your coach before the event.
Make sure to update your profile so you can submit accurate feedback after the race.
