COACH REGISTRATION Terms

Role & Responsibilities: Coach brings his/her team of athletes for event and hence to support them agree to act as admin/official at CIRCUITX events; follow protocols and safety guidelines; maintain professionalism.

Participant Ratings: Coach affiilicated participants may rate/review performance; ratings may be published and affect future assignments.

Profile Publication Rights: Company may publish/display professional profile and use qualifications/photos in marketing.

Social Media Support: Post about events using approved hashtags/messaging when requested.

Legal & Indemnity: Confirm not involved in unlawful activity; comply with law; indemnify the company against claims from your conduct.

Fees & Benefits: No monetary compensation; collaboration for professional development and brand association.

Data Privacy: Consent to data processing for event management/promotion in line with applicable laws.

Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days notice; immediate termination for violations/unprofessional conduct/legal issues/poor ratings.

Intellectual Property: Company brands are proprietary; no trademark use without permission; event content belongs to company.

Governing Law: India; Courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
